NEWS!
This year, 2019, has brought about my retirement from the workforce, the result being a lot more disposable time. I'm applying some of this resource to getting back into painting, which for various reasons dropped off in the last few years.
I'm particularly enjoying attending a series of terms at local Wellington art school, Inverlochy, under the excellent tutorage of Sara Brock. Apart from benefiting from the many painting techniques and skills that Sara is imparting, I'm also enjoying the experience of working beside other artists. There is a great deal of knowledge that is rubbed off just from the contact with the other artists. I'm impressed with the diversity of subject matter and how everyone brings their own unique qualities and skills to the sessions.
